Folder Icon opens File Explorer

Hello everyone,

I would like everyone's opinion on this super small matter :)

When you click on the File Icon (On the far right of a download) or on the BIG Folder Icon.

It opens File Explorer in a certain window size (NOT Maximized)

In the future, what would YOU like ?
