Here are my folder permissions on my MAIN PC (Windows 10)

Thank you. How do I navigate to those setting please?. I tried but could not locate them.

In file explorer, go to the folder, <Right>-<Click> then properties.
Go in [Security]

Advanced on the bottom will show you the screen I showed you

Thank you for the screen shots, much appreciated.
My W10 Home 64 security settings are same as your screen shots. And also checked Jacques remarks about settings, and the error message remarks on settings. Unfortunately, Security settings are correct. And I still get error message.

Unless you have any other suggestions, I will next try uninstalling it, deleting any residual folders and reinstalling.

OHHHHHH when you said "Temp Folder" you actually ment "Working Folder" in the settings !

YES, you are absolutely right, someone else reported it and I reproduced it on my own PC !

Click on the button to change, HANG !

An official but report was sent to VSO to correct this !
