Hi
I was trying the 64 bit version but there are still too many glitches. So I had to reinstall the 32 bit one which I knew was working. Somehow My computer is now disabled so I can not fully install it. As a GOLD member I am hoping that someone can help me out. I have tried Jacques but not sure if he was the correct person to contact.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Before re-installing the 32 bits, I am curious what issues are you having ?robertg_s wrote: Tue May 20, 2025 3:51 pm Hi

The 64 bits was stable for me while testing it.
Any issues you report, we can open a bug report and get the 64bits more solid.
Have you tried in help / report an issue, VSOReport tool should start , Katia (Tech Support) should be able to assist you.
Uninstalling the 64 bits might help, your PC license gets disabled after too installs (Something like this

Re-entering your GOLD does not help ?

I found that the 32 but version is still there after 64 installed. Just have to find the icon.
I have had no issues uninstalling 64 and 32 , and then reinstalling 32. Suggest try this. And be prepared to paste in the Convertxtodvd key and click on all the OK type buttons
