I have asked VSO to comment and give you the proper answer, as I am a GOLD MEMBER, I am unsure how the new 1 year subscription method works…

Hello,

If you are gold member or you have a license with lifetime updates any version can be used with your key.

If you have a regular license with one year of updates, you can use program versions released during this year of updates.

You can get the last available version for your license on our support page: https://en.vso-software.fr/support.php

Or by contacting our support team at support@vsosoftware.fr

P.S. If all of your VSO licenses are attached to the same email address that you use on this forum, the last version of ConvertXtoHD you can use is the version 3.0.0.71.
It can be downloaded here: https://download.vso-software.fr/archiv ... 0.0.71.exe

I do NOT work for VSO but I think ConvertXtoHD is what is in the works right now…
Then I HOPE VSO UHD Converter will get new profiles / more custom flexibility to possibly replace ConvertXtoVideo

I hope so.
But I can't understand why there's just one man (Jacques) working on such a large project (or is it maybe an "One-Man-Company"?)...?!

Hey,

I started to use DivXtoVideo v0.88 or something like this in 2005+ a while back.

VSO had a few programmers, some left and new ones came on. i had the opportunity to talk to most if not all of them, to report bugs and give my 2 cents as a users, wow this is nice but what we added this feature and if the team loved it, they would implement it.

Since then, some left and probably internal decisions to change things changed, we ended up where we are.

Jacques as the CEO, Katia tech support, another amazing lady graphics designer for the images and websites…

This is all assuming as I am not an employee just a tester for many many years…

I’m just happy Jacques does seem to NEVER sleep hahaha to keep on making the best amazing software’s I still use today in 2025.
There must be other software’s in the world but I have no idea, i adopted VSO in 2005+ and it’s been engraved on my heart…
