Hi,
First step, can you give me the OS you're using (XP, Vista, Seven...), and can you check if VSO patin-couffin driver is installed on your computer? (you can check that in Control panel/System/Device manager)
If you use Windows XP SP2 or higher, you should uninstall Patin-couffin driver.
If Patin-couffin driver is not installed, can you check if AnyDVD is enabled when burn process start?
Thank you.

i want to know what blu ray burners to buy and what king of media to use
i like this set upwith vso im new to it
i need to order my new blu ray burners and new media wich one should i get that works good with program ?cedric wrote:Uninstall your Patin-couffin driver then reboot.
Try by disabling AnyDVD while burning.
AnyDVD can cause finalization issues, and some DVD/Blu-ray home players can't read not finalized medias.
