Try by closing AnyDVD (not only disable) then restart it.
Launch Blu-ray converter then let me know...

Do you use an external Blu-ray reader?

Thanks.

I founded some problems with AnyDVD HD & USB external Blu-ray reader.

I will try to reproduce your problem by plug/unplug my USB Blu-ray reader with AnyDVD running.

If you know how to do that, can you check your Windows log file to see why your BSOD appear? (control panel / administrative tools / Event viewer / Windows logs)

Be sure I will work to find a solution quickly!

Thanks.
