Resolved with 1008. I've noticed that the file blur_ray_Converter_crash_PIDxxxx.log does not get deleted when the program automatically powers down at end of encoding.

I selected a 720p PS3 file as output to fit onto a DVD-9. The resulting file was 9.77gb in length (ie too long) with NO AUDIO

I tried the 720P HQ profile. This creates an LC-AAC audio stream that does work.

Your output filesize issue should be fixed in last version (1.0.0.9) I've just (re)uploaded :
