PROBLEM ERROR

I have a problem,just paid for blue-ray to dvd,install the programma,enter key,ok wanna start bleu ray in drive,any dvd says ok
open and select bron bleu ray reader for the disk and error
help please,it dont works!!!

i paid for this but if i,install this new version has no new key needed??
