Blu-ray to DVD or "Ultimate"

What is the difference between "Convert Blu-ray to DVD" and the "Ultimate" version. The home page does not show an "Ultimate" version. When I downloaded it to see what it was, my Blu-ray to DVD unlock code would not work, so I uninstalled it.

When I installed the latest upgrade for Blu-ray to DVD it shows a version of 1.1.0.6

I also had a problem when using 1.1.0.6 to convert a blu-ray - the audio and video are out of sync. Not by much, but definitely noticeable. I have attached the logfile for this conversion.

The Ultimate version is in beta stage at this time, you can't buy an unlock.

For your audio/video sync issue, can you say me if this problem appear only with the first audio track (converted from TRUE HD track), or both audio tracks?
