Auto Booktype?

Post by maonstad »

Does the final output on a DVD +r auto change to DVD-ROM with this beta software. If so thats great. Or maybe a selection within the software to auto set the DVD +R to DVD-ROM...
Thx

Booktyping is usually done by the burner firmware.

Most drive will NOT Booktype DVD+R until you use hacked firmware.

I know some other software have this software ability but again, if your hardware doesn't support it, it will do nothing !

Every LG burner drive I've ever used has supported booktyping without any firmware mods.

Hi :)
Most current drives will booktype to DVD-Rom, when using DVD+R DL.
Lite-On has its own program.
ImgBurn will allow you set bitset manually with most models. ;)
