as soon as i close it the progam opens correctly?

i dont know why it is happening with me vbut it definatly is once i close the error down the user interface opens

Try uninstalling & cleaning your set up.
I have now triedusing Bluray disc (Matrix).
Mounted iso. file (Inception).
As well as loading iso file (Ironman 2).
All work for me.
