Only part of files in AVCHD folder convert, v1.0.0.1
When picking the AVCHD folder shown in the image, only the files in the 00001.mpl playlist are converted.
How can I get all files in the folder to convert?

Hi,
Please can you try to add your AVCHD BDMV folder in VSO AVCHD Editor to check the listed files?
http://www.vso-software.fr/products/avc ... editor.php
Thanks.

The editor picks up all files, see the screenshot.
This AVCHD folder is from a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 stilll cam that records in AVCHD Lite/short. All 9 cpi files are in the CLIPINF folder and all 4 mpl files are in the PLAYLIST folder.

Ok.
If you want I investigate more, I must check your original AVCHD structure.
Can you send me your structure using our FTP upload tool:
http://download2.vso-software.fr/other/ ... Files2.exe
PS : If you don't want to provide your (private) video files, just remove the M2TS files before sendind the project.
Thank you for your help, I'll work on your problem and you will be able to convert your AVCHD ASAP!
Thank you!
EDIT : I missed to say you, you must compress your structure (in ZIP, RAR... format) to use our upload tool

The support tool won't let me select a folder, only files. How can I send the folder?
Note that my files are mts not m2ts. I will delete all of them except the 00003.mts which is essentially zero play length in order to keep size down, I'm on dialup IS. Maybe you can get some file header info from it.

Hi ckhouston,
I worked on your problem today, can you confirm this issue is fixed now by installing the last beta version available (1.0.0.2)?

I'm waiting for your feedback.
Thanks

Thanks for the speedy update!
The new version did allow me to load all playlists in the AVCHD folder I sent and I can select which ones to convert. But those playlists are out of order as shown in the image below and they convert out of order. They should be arranged with 6.6 first followed by 7.3, 8.9 and 10.22 which are recorded dates as shown in Files converted.jpg above.
But now I have another problem. I recorded another video with the cam, making a total of 10, and neither .1 or the new .2 will open that AVCHD, says something like no video stream found. Tried several things, even formatted the cam memory card and started recording again, but still no luck.
Do you have any advice and/or do you want me to upload some of those new AVCHD folders?
PS: VLC opens and plays all of the folders Converter has trouble with.

Hi,
You're right, we use playlist duration to sort them... but we should use creation date!
For your new AVCHD structure not recognized, you can done same process like yesterday (compressing your structure without MTS files then send it with our ftp tool)
Have you tried to send your structure in AVCHD Editor?
Thanks!

Re: Only part of files in AVCHD folder convert, v1.0.0.1
Works great, accepts all my AVCHD folders now. Thanks cedric. There are still a couple of minor concerns though for vid cam users.
The program automatically merges all clips taken during a day into one which is a good idea IMO. But there are usually some that one might not want to include. This isn't a problem for me because they can be removed in AVCHD Editor with a little work and time, but some people might prefer that each clip for a given day be shown in the program with the choice to include it in the merged clip.
The other one is that only one folder can be loaded, trying to load another just replaces the first one loaded. People that record on memory cards may want to load folders from more than one card.
Both of those problems can be handled by using ConvertX instead, with individual mts/m2ts files loaded, so don't know if you want to consider them.

Hi ckhouston,
I worked on your feature request and a new beta version is available now...
What Blu-ray converter can do now :
- You can add more than one "Title" in same "project"
- For AVCHD content, if a daily playlist is found all items are displayed separately and user can check/uncheck them like he want
- AVCHD items are now named using m2ts creation datetime by default (but can be edited after)
- You can select/deselect all items of a playlist using a new check box displayed at playlist level
- You can select/deselect all playlists of a playlist group using a new check box displayed at playlist group level
I must fix some remaining bugs, but a new stable version should be available for this week-end...

Thanks!
