DVDConverter not converting the full movie

I purchased DVDConverter last night and noticed when I am converting a DVD that it's not converting the full movie. About 20 mins of the movie (start) is not converting. I thought it may be just the one movie so I converted another movie and same thing, about 20 mins of the movie is missing.

This is what I do.
1. Use DVD Shrink to convert the DVD
2. Open up DVDConverter and select the folder container the files DVD Shrink just converted
3. Select the output to Iphone/Ipad etc.
4. No restrictions on the size limit.

When the preview starts, the first scene is actually 20 mins into the movie.

I opened the DVD folder (DVD Shrink one) with PowerDVD to make sure that DVD Shrink haven't cut 20 mins out but that's not the case.

Are there any solutions so that it converts from the start as oppose 20 mins into the movie?

Do you use the last version published ( 1.2.2.8 )?

If not, can you retry with it :

PS : Why do you use DVD Shrink before? Just load the original structure in DVD Converter.

I just checked the DVDConverter version and it appears it's an older version. I have now downloaded the link you linked in your reply.

Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same problem. The conversion starts 20 mins into the movie.

Also, the reason why I am using DVD Shrink is because the DVD movies I am converting are write protected. Since I posted, I have downloaded "AnyDVD". I am not entirely sure what I am doing wrong.

Yes, AnyDVD with DVD Converter is the right combination.

Let me know if you can convert the whole film like that.

PS : Can you give me the movies name you're trying to convert?

It's still not converting the full movie. Still missing the first 20 mins or so.

I am trying to convert Fast & Furious 5. Not sure if you've watched this movie but when I convert the movie, it starts around where they hijack the cars on the train.
