I have a DVD that I need to rip to a new DVD and make it loop continuously. Does DVD to DVD have this option or is there another VSO product that can accomplish this? It appears that ConvertXtoDVD can create looped DVDs, but it does not look like it can use an existing DVD as the source.

ConvertXtoDVD can do what you want. Copy the VIDEO_TS folder from the DVD to your hard drive or rip it if it is copy protected -- read http://forums.vso-software.fr/using-exi ... t9373.html to see how to use the files.
CX2D will reconvert so you will lose a little quality. The only other alternative is to use third party programs to modify the IFO files that already exist on your DVD, that involves a steep learning curve.
