Blu-ray Converter on Windows Server 2008 R2

I'm trying to get Blu-ray Converter to run on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, but it keeps kicking out an error:

2012-01-18 22:17:01 Error Error while preparing input/output contexts. Conversion can't start
2012-01-18 22:17:01 Error Encoder engine can't be initialized. Please check installation files or try to reinstall

Is it BrC not compatible with it or do I need to install a component to make it work properly?
