If you are using Opera as your Internet browser but VSO Downloader is not detecting any streaming content, such as on Youtube (good test to start with):
- install the latest version of Opera
- and most importantly update Flash plugin (this is what will correct the detection issue)
(Navigating on Youtube should display a warning that you do not have the latest Flash player and suggest installing it)
This should solve the problem.
