Re: Blu-ray converter 2, beta version available!
Hmm,
Existing Blu-ray Utimate key is the 'old' format, retrieving the key again still gives the 'old' format.

Re: Blu-ray converter 2, beta version available!
Hmmmmmmm, I think we need Claire to generate some new serials for the Goldmembers. LOL.,
Re: Blu-ray converter 2, beta version available!
Hi,
If you are a Goldmember, please send me your V2 key requests to : cedric@vsosoftware.fr
I will generate manually, then send you the new key.
Thanks.

Done & up running etc.
New update too!
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.1, beta version available!
I get VSO protecting their intellectual property by updating the keys for all their software it seems but this is getting ridiculous.
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.1, beta version available!
I do not know why strengthening the security of keys is ridiculous?
At this time, which is ridiculous is the time it takes to find a pirated key or keygen on the net ...

Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.1, beta version available!
What's ridiculous is that as a Gold Member I have to go out of my way to send a direct email to someone to get an updated key. Why can this not be done via the web form? I can get a new ConvertXtoDVD 5 key and there's not even a link posted for downloading the installer in these forums. I don't even have ConvertXtoDVD 5 to install at this time because I have no way to get the installer. The key was already sent to me when I retrieved all my keys and I can't even make use of it but I cannot get a key for the Blu-ray Converter Ultimate beta which is actually posted in the forums? Do you see the frustrating and sad humour with this situation?cedric wrote:I do not know why strengthening the security of keys is ridiculous?

I get and support you guys protecting your property. There are a lot of bad people out there pirating software but everytime I turn around I'm having to get a new key and I can't conveniently have it sent to me without needing to deal with a human being which means it takes longer and it's added work on my part... the customer. Sorry, but when I go to update and it seems like every time I do so I need to jump through a hoop again it gets seriously annoying.

The only one reason you must "deal with a human", is that our webmaster is in vacation...
He's an human too, and needs a break sometimes

Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.2, beta version available!
Fair enough and, sure, everyone needs time off but wow your release timing is bad timing with vacation time. Just how much vacation time does the webmaster get each year? LOL.cedric wrote:The only one reason you must "deal with a human", is that our webmaster is in vacation...

Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.2, beta version available!
Like the published version is only a BETA version timing was not critical.
For sure when this new version will be officially released (and sold), the upgrade page will works!

E-mail sent Cedric, Thank you
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.3, beta version available!
Any comments on the interface?
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.3, beta version available!
So who do I contact for an updated key? I see cedric posted his email but is that still the person to contact?
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.3, beta version available!
I have sent you your key (check your spam in case you don't see it in your inbox).
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.3, beta version available!
Haven't had a chance to do any projects with v2 yet but from quick looking the interface is supremely nicer than v1, IMHO.Claire wrote:Any comments on the interface?
Also, I see the support request form now includes the new v2 key. Nice!
Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.3, beta version available!
thanks for your feedback.

Re: Blu-ray converter 2.0.0.6c, beta version available!
Any chance you are going to go back to the settings from v1 (at least from a compression stand point)? I'm about to give up on ths product and go back to Handbrake.....
