Constant freezing/hanging

Hi,

I have been trying to use this software for many days now, but everytime I do the program freezes while I'm selecting my conversion options. The program always shows "not responding" in the title bar. It cannot be killed using task manager, and it becomes impossible to shut down. The only way to close it down and start over is to press the reset button. I have tried turning off data execution prevention mentioned in a previous thread, tried re-installing the software, even tried re-installing Windows. Nothing seems to fix this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I paid good money for this program... I just want it to work.
