I downloaded 2.0.0.11 but it seems to be a trial version and limited to 10 minutes. I put in my key but it didn't accept it!!! Does that mean that I have to PAY for a new version in order to get it to work!!???? Also, the 10 minutes I got was completely pixelated and not viewable. It's obviously a BETA version but HOW CAN I CONVERT MY BLU-RAY DVD'S TO STANDARD DVD'S AS YOU HAVE ADVERTISED????

Very frustrated...........HELP !!!!!!

Hello,

If you have a problems with your key you can contact our support, we will see if you are entitled for version 2 free of charge (if your license is less than 1 year old).

Is version 1.4.0.8 not working for you? Is that why you tried the beta?

Still no help from VSO!!! I just tried the trial version of DVDfab and IT WORKS PERFECTLY WITH AUDIO/VIDEO SYNC AND GREAT PICTURE. I think VSO better get their act together....you're falling behind, big time. I don't think your converter is tuned to the latest/greatest equipment (checkout my specs)

Here's a screenshot of what I get when I try to use the Beta 2 version. Very "artistic" but not to great as a movie!!

Just a simple thing to try - clock your CPU to normal speed and try again.
Overclocking is known to cause any kind of weird errors, even preventing Windows installation.
Most programs prohibit overclocking; it is always done on your own responsibility and any problems arising are ignored.

Thanks for the suggestion. All of my other video/photo processing programs (Capture NX2, Photoshop CS6, Sony Vegas Pro 11, etc., etc.) work just fine, but I'll give standard clocking a try, but what a waste, especially when I have HUGE raw video files to process. This particular CPU can be clocked to almost 5ghz w/o problems according to Internet info (always correct ), but you never know. Interesting that DVDfab converter (trial version) works perfectly.

Ummm, you didn't see my post, just above this one you made? I work at VSO. If you want a direct reply from VSO, write to the support, the forums are a place for everyone and does not guarantee someone from VSO will reply.

Sent a couple of emails directly to VSO last week with no response. Not a user friendly operation...... They're "not in sync" just like their product.
