Problem with its skinning function

When I move the mouse over the upper right hand section of the window, it gets a "normal window look" until I hover over it again.

With what theme and how do you get that problem? What OS?
I just tried with several themes and no problems at all.

Theme: Sapphire Kamri
OS: Windows 7

No problems with that theme and Windows 7 64bit.
Can not reproduce.

Can you get screenshot showing how it looks?

It doesn't happen all the time. Just on certain times that its ran.

I have tried and tried but I can't reproduce that. It might be something on your system.
