vso downloader will not detect media

i have reinstalled and program will not detect media even if i enter url it say no media detected on this page
little help please

hi Benjamin Annelise tried that it work on her computer but it will not on mine hpe210f pavillion recently had motherboard installed

I guess that the video is in the cache of your Browser, you just need to clean the cache then restart the detection

thinks for replying no it did not i've tried all suggestions and nothing. reinstalled 3 times
