I found some errors that need fixing

They are:

1. Code 0x40010006h at address 75D9D3CF with 2 parameters:
Param 0: $00000012
Param 1: $002FD070

^ The Param 0 and 1 change every time that error occurs.

2. DECODING ERROR, IGNORING BYTES UNTIL NEXT KNOWN PATTERN!

Also, I've been seeing "AV Loader: Out of memory" errors every now and then.
