File to big

Hi,

I´m a brand new Goldmember und just testing the programm.
My problem is, when I convert a BluRay to DVD5 the size of destination file is 4,68GB and doesn´t fit on a DVD5 4,7Gb.
I tried the customized size and limited it to 4000MB. Still the generated file is 4,68GB.
Does anyone have a clue?
I couldn´t attatch a log because i simply can´t find it in the program folder.
I´m useing win7 x64.

Welcome to the forum new goldmember
Yes, posting your log file will help us look into the problem.
You will find the log file here C:\ProgramData\Vso
There is a settings icon in the top right conner of Blu-ray Converter which will allow you to open the log folder.

Open the different logs from the date you did the conversion and most the log with the most info in it.

looks like a bug in the software. If you need a solution quickly are you sure you want to convert with both audio tracks, maybe remove one of them?

ahh,

two audio Tracks? - there is just one - German.
But it contains two episodes of a serie.
I´m ok for the moment I can shrink the serie if necessary.
When do you think the bug will be fixed?
I hope soon.

Sorry I read wrong, looking again at the log file I see only 1 audio file.

I don't know how soon the bug will be corrected.

I can confirm,

the created file size is 3,92MB.
4,35 would be perfect - I guess.
