Background Transparency of subtitles

Bluray converter ultimate don't make subtitles with background transparent, it is opaque. I'm using the last version of the program: 2.1.1.34

¿What's wrong?

¿How can i correct it?

It's not better, it's the same behaviour that 2-1-1-34 : the background of the subtitles it's not transparent, it is opaque with a dark gray color.

What is the name of the movie you're trying to convert?
How is the color of original subtitles in Blu-ray (you can check them in preview)

All the movies I try to convert show the same behaviour: the background is not transparent
