An error occured while converting
Hello,
I bought this useful software some weeks ago. I wanted to use it to back up my bluray movies in the best quality. So I'm using only muxing profile in conversion.
But, after a couple of times that the conversion has been completed succesfully, suddenly software is not working anymore.
The conversion slows down after 50-51 % and stops by an unknown error at 54.80%. I've tried different discs, conversion from folder or iso. Completely uninstall and install the software, installed the new beta version too. Nothing helped. The problem still remains.
Any idea what is going on?
Thank you

Re: An error occured while converting
Hello mmoukiou,
Can you try by removing all subtitle tracks for conversion?
Just select one video track and one audio track.

Hello and thank you for the reply.
Support team adviced me to select another audio track instead of true hd - ac3 for example- and it worked. Conversion has been completed.
BUT... Does this mean that I can't take true hd audio in my back up?
