Crash downloading HD content

On the evaluation version, downloading HD content from BBC (size > 800Mb) causes VSO Downloader to crash when the 100% download point is reached (even though only 50% is available). Happens every time on both 3.1.0.23 and the latest non-beta.

Easily reproduceable on multiple Win 7 x64 machines. Seems to run out of memory. Very nice product but still seems a little too flaky for purchase.

You said that it crashed at 100%. Has the file been created in the output directory? Can it be played? Or is there any xxx.part file?
