When I use VPN I can't use VSO Downloader

HI I'm in China now , which the country block some website , like youtube and facebook ,so I need to use VPN to keep my normal life (it's sucks)
anyway, when I didn't open VPN that VSO Downloader was worked very nice , but when I turn on the VPN , it will become can't monitoring,
so can somebody tells me how to deal with this ?

Please copy and paste the VSO Downloader log in your message, we can't be of any help without it.

The log is located here:
C:\ProgramData\VSO\VSO Downloader\3\log

Choose the one containing the VPN/detection problem.

Ouch! You've got an old version (3.0.2.1). Please first update it and test again:

What VPN do you use?

I changed to the new version and test again , but it still can't download anything after I turn on the VPN

like it didn't know I was played a video

my VPN is using a payed account from a Taiwan company , and the IP is using a USA's IP

it works fine when I bowers any web that blocked by China .
