how to combine all the f4v segments?

I am trying to download this sad documentary called Last Train Home.
But in VSO downloader, I have many (over 20+) f4v files.
Can you please tell me are these fragmented f4v files of one continuous file?
Can you please tell me how do I combine these segments into one continuous mp4 file?

These files are fragments of one continuous file, but they can't be merged manually, this is the Downloader's task. File sizes ranged from 1MB to 44MB when I tested downloading, and most aren't readable with VLC.
I think it's a very special case which will be fixed in a future update.
