16:9 in 480p m2ts files

Hi

I see that always that I want to encode any file to m2ts/mts 480p output, it gets its ratio to 4:3, If I want to change it in settings, the aspect ratio section gets gray out.
How can i get 480p m2ts/mts files in 16:9?

Aspect ratio option added for mts/m2ts format in 1.0.0.33
