version 1.1.0.8 crashes on start up

I can't reproduce your problem.

Can you do a clean uninstall by using our tool:
http://download2.vso-software.fr/CleanVSO.exe
...then reinstall Video Converter.

Problem reproduced and fixed.
Problem was related to custom profiles loading.
Please redownload and install updated version (same version number) from http://forums.vso-software.fr/new-vso-v ... 17272.html
