DvD converter Ultime 3...aspect ratio????

Hello

when I convert DVD to MKV or any other format, I leave it as 4:3 (fullscreen) when it should be 16:9 (widescreen) video ...

as set up for me to leave it in 16:9 format in the custom profile?????
