convert x to dvd 4

hello all, i had a laptop windows 7 64bit last week till it broke down and i ended up buying another windows 7 but its 32 bit, since trying to use my vso converter on it wont burn onto disc, converts ok but dosnt burn, comes up with a error saying burning error, can u tell me if the vso 4 works on a 32bit laptop?

This forum deals with the VSO Converter. However ConvertX 4 shuld have no problems with 32 bit OS.
Post the log file to get the best help possible.

i never had any issues with vso before till i changed laptop, running on windows 7 32bit VA10 VGN-FS285E
converts fine then when it starts to burn it will stop and eject the disc which are the ones i have always used, i then get this message from the vso converter4

BURN WRITE FAILED.. can't find write strategy at sector 16.

BURN WRITE ERROR at 0 (16) - code 05 27 00
Illegal request c.d is write..


what should i do? i tryed free view converter to test it out and i get the same error.
check on device manager and video controller isnt installed and windows can't find it, could that have anythink to do with it?

hardware error, burner is faulty or lens dirty.
If it is new machine, take it back for change of drive.
