Stream from site will download on one PC but not another

I'm having an issue with one specific site.

It's a passworded site but I can capture the streaming video using one machine, but on another it doesn't work, so I know it's not the stream from the site.

The machine that won't capture video from that site still captures video streams from any other site I visit.

Both machines are running the same OS, AV and Firewall with the same settings.

I've tried using both of the network drivers (although the network adapter itself is different between the two machines).

I've made sure my browser cache is clear so it doesn't think it's picking up a previous stream.

Not sure what's causing this.
