The subtitles appear transparent in VSO Media Player.
In another thread Cedric explained that a default subtitles palette has to be found by the player.
How do I go about this ?

Re: Default Subtitle Palette
Hello Coral,
VSO Media Player uses the same codecs as VSO's other software, so maybe you're having a similar issue as this: http://forums.vso-software.fr/mkv-subti ... 18109.html. Try following JJ's idea.

ALWAYS search the forums and read announcements. They will most likely have the answer(s) you are looking for.
Re: Default Subtitle Palette
Hello Neil, Thank you for your reply.
This is what Cedric wrote: "The problem is not in Video Converter but in VMP. Like in VLC, a default subtitle palette need to be loaded if not found in source file."
Perhaps you will understand better the problem, if you have a look at the botton of this thread. On the third paragraph:

The subs play well in the VLC player.
