Post by deathsatans »

Hello, I use v1.3.0.0.
When I create a custom profile (to make subtitle to be embedded), i can't edit the sub parameters (as the result, the sub will looks so tiny).
How can I fix it?

And when i try to not merge the sub, the result is so so baad...

Hello deathsatans,

Have you tried with the latest beta, v1.4.0.2? Please do a fresh/clean install of it, and don't forget to have a copy of your key written down somewhere before doing so.

Thanks for reading,
Neil M

Yes, i have do a clean install of 1.4.0.2 but still have the same problem.

- if i choose DVD Video profile,
> i can edit the subtitle parameters
> but the result is a not good looking subtitle

- if i choose to create a new custom profile,
> i can embed / merge the sub with the video, the font look nice
> but the font size still TOO TINY, and I can't edit the parameters

What should I do? Can you show me the way?
Thank you.

Post log of conversion, and details of what type are your subs and video.

Video source : Advanced Video Codec 1.280 x 528 pixels
Subtitle : Srt

If I convert to DVD Video profile, the result subtitle is not looking good.

If I convert to a custom profile (DVD Video with merged sub), the result subtitle is good but looks so tiny. When I try to edit the subs parameters it will say "You can't change subtitle parameters when audio conversion profile is selected. Select another encoder profile to enable subtitle editor."

That is what I mean. Is there any solution?

You did not post conversion log.
That is required for proper analyze.
