Feature Request: Bitrate or Ave bitrate in Custom Profile

Would be good to have the option to input either the fixed bitrate or an average bitrate when creating a custom profile.

At present when you get to steep 2 of the Custom Profile wizard you only have the option of selecting a Bitrate limitation. At this point it would be good to enter your desired nitrate or one that you want to use as an average throughout the encoding.
