QuickSync option gray out Ver. 1.5.0.4

My computer:

Primary Display: R9 280x
Secundary Display: Intel 4770k (HD GRAPHICS 4600)

QuickSyncs Works on HANDBRAKE and DVD FAB 9 Without a problem.

I have installed lastes version of Intel and AMD Graphics cards.

What could be the problem?

Please, can you say me if you can found the "libmfxhw32.dll" file on your computer?
If yes, can you give me the complete path?

Do you know if Intel QuickSync SOFTWARE version could be used in other programs you're using, or only HARDWARE version is implemented?
Can you see a high GPU use when encoding using QuickSync with other programs?

And yes when encoding with Handbrake (video codec set to h.264 (Intel QSV) ) and with DVDFAB (Using h.264 Intel QuickSync as encoding video) i can tell the the intel GPU is used thats by checking with gpuz while encoding.

Any ideas?

Using ver. 1.5.0.5 has the same problem Intel QuickSync hardware enconding is gray out, and there is a new option that i can select that is Intel QuickSync software encoding but if i selected and press ok and then go again to options - hardware optimization that option is not selected.

The option is not greyed out anymore but it doesn't have any effect, and what on earth is Software QuickSync ?

Also, is it supposed to allow me to select nVidia and QuickSync at the same time ?

I'm only reporting this as I don't use it because I use NVENC (Which is still slower than other converters)

QuickSync now works but is permanently fixed at 2 reference frames and about half the bitrate of NVENC (not variable bitrate).

Also, I can select QuickSync and nVidia acceleration at the same time ?
