Can this program increase the audio and make no changes to a movie?
What are the settings.

you can select mkv remux
to change the audio, go into the advanced editor and select the audio track and change the compressor filter for each track you want to adjust it for.
The video will be remuxed and audio streams will be encoded with your changes.
You can also create a custom profile....
