AVCHD Burns as a data disc

Hi
I have just converted a movie and when it goes to burn it burns the content on to the disc as as data file not as a straight up AVCHD disc.i am currently using ConvertXtoHD alpha version v1.0.0.7.
If i was to do the same file in ConvetXtoDVD with the same box checked (burn to disc) the dvd will play as soon as i put it in the bluray player.
will attach log.
