Errors When Burning HD Video

My first try at burning a HD video to Blu-Ray resulted in this:

Sense a LBA 832 (32) 052102
(Illegal Request), Invalid address or write

followed by;

Sense a LBA 832(32) 044403

Hardware Error, Unknown Details
Resuming Write at Address (0)

and this is a continuous cycle that went on for 15 minutes until I stopped it myself.

I tried using Verbatim, Memorex, and TDK blank Blu-Ray media.

My system is:

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
Intel Core i7 - 4770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
32 Gigs Corsair DDR3 Memory

I'm using a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-206D ATA Device

Any ideas on what could be causing these errors on a relatively brand new computer?

Have you been able to burn with any program and that drive?

That error is hardware error so most likely faulty burner.

Yes, I burn all of my DVDs and Blu Rays with that drive, well over 200. No coasters ever.

I use several burning programs (Nero Platinum 14, VideoRedo TVSuite 5, 1Click DVD Copy Pro etc.) and all work well except ConvertXtoHD. I also use ConvertXtoDVD.

It's not the burner causing the problem...

Now the computer rebooted while burning a Blu-Ray disk. It actually started burning the disk this time, got to about 18% burned and just rebooted out of nowhere. I think I'll stick with Nero 14 Platinum until all the bugs are worked out of this program...

ConvertXtoDVD works great, but this one isn't ready for prime time yet.
