I have submitted a support ticket, but haven't heard back. When converting dvd to avi file, there is no audio on the converted file. I have attached log files for 2 conversions.
Thank you.

Re: No sound
Check your settings, seems that there is no audio stream. If there is one on source then check that you have selected to convert or copy audio stream.

Re: No sound
There is audio in both files originally, and they play fine. The profile that I have been using is AVI-XVID.
Re: No sound
If you play the video in VMP are audio streams detected?

Can you do another test? Copy this file from your original file VTS_01_1.VOB to your desktop and load just that into ConvertXtoVideo. Does the audio stream appear and play in the preview window? I assume previously upon loading the DVD in the CXV no stream was detected or displayed in the interface.

Re: No sound
I've reproduced the problem and it should be fixed in the next version - sorry about this.
