Something I noticed in your log file versus Handbrake MediaInfo when using the Very Fast Preset.

I can't understand most of the options in your log file as they look different to Handbrake's.

I take it you haven't got the programming skill to fix this ? You asked me to test so you can sort out the slow encoding speed and now you've completely forgotten about it again. MediaInfo always says 3 reference frames now even if I manually set the reference frames, your log file says 'Motion estimation=epzs' on veryfast preset (it should be hex) and even if I manually set it to 'hex' the log file still says 'epzs'. Who knows what other settings are being wrongly set. I think you should scrap the Custom Profile and start again.
