Troubles finalizing downloads from voxnow.de

When I try to download from voxnow.de (example URL: http://www.voxnow.de/mein-kind-dein-kin ... eason=2015 ; maybe a German IP address is required) using VSO Downloader 4.2.6.2, the downloads start nicely, but when VSO Downloader attempts to finalize the video, it reports that the download finished with errors and the resulting file is only a few hundred bytes large (before finalizing, VSO Downloader shows that it has downloaded something around 250 MB).

Confirm, downloads but gives error.
Adding host to secure sites does not help, and stream itself can not be added as secure stream because it is not http-stream.

this server uses a custom protocol that is not yet supported but it will be reported in the interface in the next version.
