Audio is not there after converting to MP4

Hi,

I've converted downloaded file to MP4 and there is no audio. There is audio in the source file.

Hello,

The problem might be if you are playing in WIndows Media Player. Please try another player like VLC or VMP.

Are you transferring the file to a device and it is on that that the sound is gone, but fine on your computer?
