VSO Proxy does not detect, VSO EVE does

The network driver VSO Proxy works fine for me most of the time, but not with this one:

The video stream is detected nicely when I use network driver VSO EVE but not with VSO Proxy.

The proxy solution does not support the RTMP protocol used by this server, this driver is usefull if you use a special network adapter like a 3G key or modems otherwise use the Winpcap driver.
