Video kicking back to menu after you press play.

Video Kicking back to menu once you press play. Not all videos does it just most of them. Very few will play.

And I'm using all types of blu ray players.

No matter what type of player.

SamSung

2D/ 3D SONY

Or PlayStation 3.

Once you press play it just seems to kick back to the menu its an odd bug.

VSO has provided a reply by email, but maybe other users have ideas.

It would be good to know if PowerDVD plays conversion correctly (all files).
