1.6.0.24 no Encoding

Hello,

1.6.0.24 no works with Hardware Encoding - previous version works fine.

Thank you for the informations.

I checked your log files and I can't see any problem, the hardware encoding should works...
Can you try to disable "Best video quality setting"?

Can you check if there's a Nvidia driver update available?

Is the software encoding working?

Software encoding works. The Nvidia Driver is up to date. I have downgrade ConvertXtoVideo of Version 1.6.0.22 an it works fine, without Problems, on the same PC and same Videofile...reinstall current Version > Crash

1.6.0.23 works very good,just made an update to ..24 > no Hardware Encoding

if you use an already made conversion profile, same problem?

In other words is the problem with the custom profile in the new version?

Ok, done..but i have Problems with this Version 1.6.0.24 only - all previous Versions works fine

The current changelog on the site does say .24 yes cherry, but the setup IS .25. Take my word for it. Already installed here
