VSO wont open after windows 10 update

I woke up this morning to find VSO Downloader will not open. I checked task manager and did not see any processes running related to VSO. Tried to restart to no avail.

Apparently the last update of Windows is not compatible with Winpcap driver, a Windows issue that should be fixed soon...
Uninstall manually the Winpcap driver then be sure to have the EVE driver installed.

Let us know if it was the problem.

Removed the wincap and still the program does not open, even when run as administrator. I did make sure to have the eve net driver installed. Thanks for the quick reply btw!

Not only the downloader but convertx to video, convert x to hd, dvd converter but convertX to dvd works. Another fine job by windows 10!!

Kinda stinks happening right when vacation kicks in. Hope its a quick fix.

Maybe the last Nvidia driver update came with last Windows 10 update?
