Dears,

I tried to use the software but i got the attached error and the software didn't start.
" A problem occurred during the process" " AppHangB1"

I don't know what is the problem but i couldn't use the software

Anybody can help ???

Eventually try with hardware optimizations disabled
and lastly are you using Windows 7? do you have at least the 1st service pack/build update installed?
