Stop recording after 16sec

Hello
I'm new here.
I have just download and purchased the ultimate version of VSO downloader
but when I tried to download streaming video it always automatically stop
recording after about 16 second.
I have already paid for the software and have entered the key.
The site I tried to download is livestream
Can anyone help me please?

I know of one thing you can check. Open VSO Downloader, click on the Help tab. Now click on Open Main Log. The very first entry at the top should be "Ultimate version registered". If it doesn't say that, your version isn't registered. Try again.

I checked that and yes it says Ultimate version registered with green color line.
